Hi my dears! Like many of you we started the New Years off (after some fun in New Orleans of course) with a few resolutions to help us live better and generally be healthier. Nothing major, just things that we all strive for, eating better and getting back into gear work-out wise.
Well it's almost February and where are we at? I am proud to say that we're doing pretty good, not perfect by any means (we are human after all, and we tend to love beer a little to much) but we're getting there! Just wrapped the start of week two at the gym, and it's feeling really good. Defintly a good way to keep this rainy oregon weather at bay. How are you all staying motivated and on track?
